CBSNews: Former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates is scheduled to testify in an antitrust lawsuit brought by Novell. Jury selection for the Salt Lake City trial began yesterday. Novell alleges that Microsoft engaged in anti-competitive practices which led to the downfall of Novell’s WordPerfect software.
Thirteen years ago, Gates testified in another antitrust case which eventually found that Microsoft was a monopoly.
