Cnet: Glassdoor.com has published its annual list of the 25 employers that offer the best work-life balance. Last year, Facebook was number seven on the list, but this year, it didn’t make the top 25. Several other tech firms did make the list, although few of them are well-known. Tech employers on GlassDoor’s list include Agilent Technologies (3), SAS Institute (4), CareerBuilder.com (5), National Instruments (7), LinkedIn (8), Rackspace (11), Novell (13), Citrix (19), Hitachi Data Systems (20) and NAVTEQ (23).

What kind of perks land an employer on the list? A SAS employee told Glassdoor, “SAS offers countless benefits (not just health insurance) like aquatic center, onsite childcare, subsidized meals at the onsite cafes, gym, and list goes on and on and on.”
