Samsung Loses Second German 3G Patent Lawsuit Against Apple

FOSS Patents: One week after dismissing a related case, a German court today also rejected a second Samsung lawsuit against Apple. The two lawsuits related to Samsung patents on 3G technology. The judge did not explain the reason for the decision from the bench. Samsung can still opt to appeal the ruling if it so chooses.

Both Samsung and Apple still have other pending German patent infringement lawsuits against each other, in addition to multiple other patent lawsuits around the world.
